Assassin's Creed Odyssey on the Switch?

Yes, on November 5th but not everybody will be quite happy with it...

The recent Nintendo Direct program has reserved an additional announcement that you probably did not see coming. Assassin's Creed: Odyssey will arrive at Nintendo Switch on October 5, coinciding with the launch on the other platforms. With conditions, yes: similar to how it happened with Resident Evil 7 Cloud Version, it has only been confirmed for Japan, and can only be played from the cloud.

Of course, it is another experimental release and it is difficult to determine if it will end up arriving in the West or not. While an official response arises, you can take a look at the trailer presented today, where there seem to be particularly abrupt differences regarding the PS4 and Xbox One versions.

Assassin's Creed: Odyssey takes us to Ancient Greece to relive the conflict between assassins and templars, this time with two selectable protagonists: Kassandra and Alexios. Sentenced to death by your own family, the awaited sandbox invites you to embark on an epic journey in which you will stop being an outlawed mercenary to become a legendary Greek hero and discover the truth about your past.
