Ubisoft will continue to collaborate with Nintendo in the future [VIDEO]

Starlink or Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle are examples of this relationship.

In recent years, Nintendo has opened some of its most successful franchises to third-party studios on mobile phones and large companies like Ubisoft. Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle or the appearance of Fox in Starlink are some examples, but the Gauls already think of other ways to prolong this relationship.

"It's [a relationship] very strong because we've done a lot of things in the past," comments Yves Guillemot, president of Ubisoft, in a question and answer session on Youtube. "The Nintendo series and their ability to create fantastic games are something our creators love, and when they have the opportunity to collaborate with Nintendo, they are very happy to be able to do so."

Guillemot concluded by stating that they will maintain this type of collaboration in the future and that he hopes to surprise us with something new about it. Starlink: Battle for Atlas will arrive on PS4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch on October 16.
