Tequila Works shows interest in creating the sequel to RiME
The video game, however, would be more "a spiritual successor" than a continuation to use.

The creative director of Tequila Works , the Spanish studio responsible for Deadlight , has left open the door to a sequel to his remarkable RiME , although for now the team has no concrete plans to work on this video game, as his team has been since last year working on a secret project that for now cannot share more details.

"We know how to work in a RiME sequel, but it would not be literally a RiME 2 but, rather, a kind of spiritual successor," said Raúl Rubio in an interview with Eurogamer. "We will do it at some point, I do not know," continues the creative. "Maybe one day we could go back to that world, but we think that at the moment it would be too early and those who completed RiME know what I mean."

The latest release of Tequila Works has been the remarkable The Invisible Hours, which months ago premiered its version without virtual reality so that more users enjoy this adventure.
