“Winter is coming” and so is the beta test phase of Arena of
Valor.
Recently unveiled on Western mobile devices, after becoming
a mass phenomenon in the Asian market, the successful Arena of Valor will also
land on the Nintendo Switch on a date yet to be determined.
For now, all we know is that
this MOBA, which includes heroes and villains of the DC Comics universe, will
have a beta testing phase in the winter months. It will be an open beta which can be accessed by all
users who wish.
Available under the free-to-play business model, this
Tencent MOBA stands out for offering short-lived dynamic matches as opposed to
other titles of the style, in which these battles are usually much longer in
time. With more than 35 characters to choose from in five different archetypes
such as Tank, Assassin, Mage or Warrior, Arena of Valor gives us the
opportunity to ally with other players to enjoy a variety of game modes.
