Overwatch on Nintendo Switch? Blizzard spoke about it…

"Our philosophy has always been to try to get the most players to enjoy Overwatch."

Once again the team responsible for the successful Overwatch has made it clear that they would like to adopt this favourite multiplayer action game to the circuits of Nintendo Switch, although for now, the authors of the universe Warcraft have no concrete plans for it.

"Our philosophy has always been to try to get as many players as possible to enjoy Overwatch," said game director Jeff Kaplan. "We want to reach as many players as possible so we will always study a platform if we believe it can be viable, both technologically and commercially."

"We'd love to do it," adds the Blizzard creative. "But we have nothing to announce at this time." Is it a possibility? "It's something we're open to," concludes the creator who during the last BlizzCon 2018 not only presented a new and spectacular cinematic of Overwatch but also, unveiled the new character Ashe, a thief with weapons of the Far West.

In the past Blizzard already made it clear that he considers it possible to take Overwatch to the Nintendo Switch. Recently the studio launched the successful Diablo III: Eternal Collection in the hybrid console, in addition to presenting the first amiibo of Diablo, the goblin of the treasure that will allow us to open portals to areas full of treasures.
