Metroid Prime's fan remake with Unreal engine looks incredible! [VIDEO]




Tallon Canyon receives an impressive graphical update thanks to the work of a fan.

In the YouTube channel of MilkyMax has published a great work done by fans that recreates the Tallon Canyon level of Metroid Prime using all the graphical power of the engine Unreal Engine 4.

This scenario of the Nintendo game, published more than 15 years ago for Game Cube, has an amazing aspect. For this amateur has recreated the area from scratch and applying new textures and using the photorealistic global lighting that allows the graphical engine of Epic Games. A new interface is added to the pitch, which ends up rounding off a magnificent graphic update of Samus Aran's adventure. Although in the video we can not see the character in action, the footage does show how the player can move between different platforms. The final result has little to envy to similar games more recent, as they can be the last deliveries of the Halo saga.

This technical demonstration is not available for the other players, but its responsible does not rule out launching a playable version of this remake if it manages to finish different levels. For now, Nintendo will recover the franchise with Metroid Prime 4, a new title for Nintendo Switch has not yet offered a release date.
