The System Shock remake would be on its way to Nintendo Switch

NightDive Studio ensures that you can work on "another very popular platform".

During a question and answer session on Kickstarter, the studio responsible for the System Shock remake responded to the concerns of an fan explaining that they will have the possibility of taking their project to "another very popular platform" in addition to PC, PS4 and Xbox One. Although Nintendo Switch is not mentioned explicitly, it would seem very strange to think of any other possibility.

"Right now, NightDive Studio can develop on PlayStation and Xbox" comments a representative of the company. "With the reorganization of the project and the new programming [of the development of System Shock - Remake] we will have the possibility of taking System Shock to another very popular platform".

System Shock - Remake will return two decades after the original from the hand of Night Dive Studios, current owners of the franchise, in a remake where they will be present members of the original development as the artistic designer Robert Waters as well as veterans after productions such as Fallout: New Vegas , Mass Effect or BioShock. It will be available in 2020, perhaps on more platforms than originally thought.
