The independent studio Motion Twin has confirmed that its promising Dead Cells, an action adventure, and platforms style Metroidvania, will be released on PC and consoles next August after spending just over a year available as a game with early access on Steam.
"After almost a year in Early Access, it seems that at last we are headed for a final launch," says the development team after this challenging action video game. "We have been doing numbers and apparently we should be ready to finish in August unless the office falls apart, or half the team is sick because of Ebola or zombies appear," they joke in their official statement.
The good news does not end here, as the editor of Merge Games has announced that there will be the physical editing of Dead Cells on PS4 and Nintendo Switch. Its launch has also been scheduled for the month of August.
