Platinum Games wants to bring The Wonderful 101 to Nintendo Switch

It is one of the most prominent video games on Wii U.

The creators of Bayonetta would love to adapt to Nintendo Switch the fantastic The Wonderful 101, the frantic action video game with which Platinum Games surprised the Wii U fans, putting them at the forefront of a diverse group of heroes facing an alien invasion.

"We are going to ask for some public participation," said veteran translator Hideki Kamiya during a talk at the Reboot Develop 2018 event that is taking place these days in Croatia. "While negotiating with Nintendo a possible adaptation of The Wonderful 101 for Nintendo Switch, if you want this to happen, we would like to know how many of you would be willing to buy this adaptation, so please, all those who wish to applaud". And the public, according to Eurogamer, applauded.

Without offering more details about this possibility, it would not be surprising if it ended up taking into account the amount of Wii U games that have ended up adapting to the Nintendo hybrid console. Precisely, in recent days we published an article in which we talked about great Wii U games that could reach Nintendo Switch, among which is this fantastic adventure of Platinum Games.

Kamiya took advantage of the occasion to emphasize that the team in charge of Bayonetta 3 wants to "raise the bar" by offering a video game with new movements and ways of facing its action. The Japanese creative has not gone deeper into this expected project.
