Rain of criticism for the Switch version of PayDay 2!

The fans are very dissatisfied with the validity of the video game in the Nintendo video game console.

On February 22, that is yesterday, the specific version of the veteran PayDay 2 was put on sale for Nintendo Switch. Regrettably, the reception has been very poor on the part of the fans, who seriously question the validity of the program on this platform.

Apparently, and through some advance copies of which some fans are having early access and are showing on the network, there is no satisfaction with the content of the game. In fact, and after thoroughly inspecting these, it has been concluded that the Switch edition is based on an old version of the game: One that could be up to 8 months behind the most recent ones.

This conclusion has been reached by observing elements of the interface and the absence of certain improvements that came later, assessing whether the version of the hybrid video game console (half desktop, half portable) could be version 117 of the game: a very veteran.

After consulting the Polygon portal with Starbreeze, the publisher of the game, the distributors have confirmed that the game is based on the Most Wanted update, which was launched in June 2017 on PC, and that is also significantly behind schedule. Of PS4 and Xbox One, which are behind compatible but far ahead of Switch.

"We are making constant changes in a game that will be completed in five years," they explain from Starbreeze in a statement. "And, to be able to put the game on sale in Switch at the beginning of 2018, we needed to give the team space to gradually launch content that has already been on other platforms for a long time, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One is almost on par with PC, and Switch is not far from all of them, and there are many future updates planned for this version.
